MagicFind only searches through photos that were added after the add-on was activated. Photos uploaded before that point are not included in search results. To make sure everything is covered, we recommend purchasing MagicFind before your event begins or before uploading any relevant photos.
Each guest can add one face to search at a time, and it uses that face to find photos. Guests can only find photos that the face in their selfie appears in. If they want to find photos of a different person, they'd need to add a new selfie for that person. Hosts have more flexibility - they can add and search up to 50 different faces from the host dashboard.
Yes. MagicFind can be added at checkout when creating a new event, or from your event dashboard at any time after purchase. Keep in mind that only photos added after MagicFind is activated will be searchable.
Guests and hosts can click Re-Search at any time to run MagicFind again against the current set of photos in the event. This ensures that photos uploaded after the initial search are included in results.
