Yes, you can always upgrade your event package in the host dashboard. When you upgrade, you only pay the difference between the package you're upgrading to and your current package.

We only count a guest when they enter their name to access a gallery in your event for the first time. After that, if they scan the same QR Code (or use link) again, on the same device & browser, they won't be counted again because GuestCam will remember them.

Absolutely! We provide a list of all guests who have accessed your event's gallery. From this list, you can easily view each guest's uploads and remove or delete guests if needed. This feature gives you the flexibility to manage your guest count whenever necessary.

For each MagicFind credit you purchase for an event, we process up to 10,000 images to be searched later when finding faces. So, if you are for instance, expecting to receive about 30,000 photos at your event, you'll need to purchase 3 MagicFind credits to ensure that all of the photos are processed.

Yes, it is technically possible to purchase the MagicFind add-on after activating your event. In many cases, we strongly recommend that you get the add-on at the same time that you activate your event. This is because MagicFind only processes photos that are uploaded after the add-on is active. If you get the add-on later, all the photos uploaded before the add-on will not be processed, and hence, will not be searchable.
