We only intend to make money when our product is actually used. This is why we offer a complete refund (minus any card processing fees that can't be refunded by our payment processor) if you end up not using our service for your event. This policy covers cases where you change your mind before the event start date or if your event doesn't receive any uploads (photos or videos) after the start date.
Please note that this refund policy only applies to the GuestCam Software Service. Our PhoneBooth Rental Service has a different refund policy, which can be reviewed in the PhoneBooth Rental Agreement.
