This rental agreement ("Agreement") is made between the renter ("Renter") and GuestCam, a product of Better Couple LLC ("Company"). Any reference to "GuestCam" in this Agreement pertains to and is representative of Better Couple LLC.
By renting our PhoneBooth, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. The PhoneBooth rental includes a tablet, retro phone handset, and a custom-made stand. We aim to deliver the PhoneBooth at least 2 days before the event date specified at the time of booking.
GuestCam is responsible for ensuring that the PhoneBooth is delivered in fully functional condition. If any issues are found upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
As the renter, you are responsible for keeping the PhoneBooth safe and secure during the rental period. The PhoneBooth must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damage or defects identified upon return will incur damage fees.
If the PhoneBooth is returned with any damage or defects, a damage fee will be applied. GuestCam reserves the right to use any means necessary to collect or recover the costs associated with the damage.
Orders can only be canceled if the order status is "PENDING PREPARATION" in the host dashboard. If the order has already been processed, cancellations will not be accepted. For accepted cancellations, we only offer partial refunds.
Late returns will incur a fee of $90 per week. If the PhoneBooth is not returned within 3 weeks of the due date, we reserve the right to consider the rental as damaged and proceed with collecting damage fees.
We provide a prepaid return label for the PhoneBooth, which must be used by the renter at the agreed-upon return date. If the PhoneBooth is not returned on time and the prepaid label expires, the renter is responsible for any additional shipment fees incurred.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Colorado, and any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement will be resolved in accordance with the legal jurisdiction of Colorado.
By renting the PhoneBooth from GuestCam, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this rental agreement.
